摘  要:利用稀释分离法从烟草根际土壤中分离筛选获得抗烟草普通花叶病毒(Tobaccomosaicvirus,TMV)的优良生防菌株BZ3,通过形态、生理生化和分子生物学鉴定菌株种类,评价其对TMV的生防效果,利用全基因组测序及生物信息学分析其次生代谢产物合成相关基因簇。结果表明,从根际土壤中分离的BZ3菌株鉴定为贝莱斯芽孢杆菌(Bacillusvelezensis),其发酵液对TMV的盆栽和田间小区防效分别为58.97%和72.07%;基因功能预测显示菌株BZ3基因组中含有表面活性素等多种具有抑菌活性的次生代谢产物合成相关基因簇。本研究表明,BZ3菌株对TMV生防效果优良,抑菌谱较广,基因组中含有大量抑菌活性物质合成相关的基因簇,具有作为TMV生防菌剂的潜力。An excellent biocontrol strain BZ3 against tobacco mosaic virus(TMV)was isolated and screened from tobacco rhizosphere soil by the dilution separation method.The strain was identified by morphological,physiological and biochemical,as well as molecular biology analyses,and its biocontrol effects on TMV were evaluated.In addition,the strain was further analyzed by whole genome sequencing and bioinformatics.The results showed that the BZ3 strain was identified as Bacillus velezensis,and the control effects of its fermentation broth on TMV in pot and field plots were 58.97%and 72.07%,respectively.Gene function prediction showed that the genome of strain BZ3 contained many gene clusters related to the synthesis of secondary metabolites with antibacterial activities,such as surfactin.This study suggested that the BZ3 strain has excellent biocontrol effects on TMV,and the antibacterial spectrum is wide.Its genome contains a large number of gene clusters related to the synthesis of antibacterial active substances,exhibiting the potential as a biocontrol agent against TMV.
