摘 要:实现化学工业变革依赖科学创新和技术创新,这迫切需要高校打破固有思维、改革工程教育模式并建立创新人才培养模式。大连理工大学发挥化学工程与技术一流学科优势,构建了以思政教育为中轴、以化工与制药类专业为主体、以工工交叉和理工融合为两翼,驱动课程体系、教学体系、实践体系、质量保障体系改革的“一体两翼,四轮驱动”人才培养模式,以期培养“厚基础、宽专业、重实践、强能力”的化工创新人才。To realize the transformation of the chemical industry relies on scientific innovation and technological innovation.It is urgent for colleges and universities to break the original thinking,reform the mode of engineering education,and establish a new mode for innovative talent training.Dalian University of Technology gives full play to the advantages of the first-class disciplines in chemical engineering and technology,constructs a new talent training mode of"one body two wings,four-wheel driving",with ideological and political education as the central axis,chemical engineering and pharmaceutical majors as the main body,engineering intersection and science and engineering integration as two wings,driving the reform of curriculum system,teaching system,practice system and quality assurance system,in order to realize the cultivation of innovative talents with solid foundation,widen major,continuous practice and strong ability in chemical engineering.
