摘 要:文章基于自我决定理论,针对某高校高分子材料与工程专业115名本科生在机械设计基础课程学习中的座位偏好和学习动机,从心理前后排和物理前后排、性别、高低交互区等不同变量出发,对学生的学习动机和学习成绩的差异进行研究。结果表明,男生和女生的学习动机受内部因素驱动都强于外部因素驱动,女生的学习相对自主性指数和学习成绩均高于男生;教室前排学生的学习相对自主性指数、学习成绩均高于教室后排学生,学习动机受到内部因素驱动强于外部因素驱动;高交互区的学生成绩高于低交互区学生成绩。基于以上分析,文章还提出了有针对性的教学建议,以有效激发学生的学习动机,促进学生的学习动机由外向内迁移,从而改善教学效果。Based on Self-determination Theory,this study aimed at seat preference and learning motivation of 115 undergraduates majoring in polymer material and engineering in the study of the foundation of mechanical design.It mainly analyzes the psychological distance and physical distance between front rows and back rows of the classroom,gender,high and low interaction area on the students'learning motivation and learning achievement differences,The results show that all students'learning motivation is driven by internal factors rather than external factors.Female students'learning relative autonomy index and academic performance are higher than those of male students.Students sitting in the front rows of the classroom have higher learning relative autonomy index and academic performance than those in the back rows,and their learning motivation is driven by internal factors rather than external factors.Students sitting in high interaction area have higher academic performance than those in low interaction area.On the basis,suggestions on targeted teaching methods are proposed to effectively stimulate students'learning motivation,promote the transfer of learning motivation from the external factors to the internal factors,and improve the teaching effectiveness.
