风电企业绿色供应链管理体系构建研究

摘　　要：以风电企业绿色供应链管理体系的构建为研究内容,结合相关国家标准以及部分风电龙头企业绿色供应链管理体系构建经验,提出包括顶层设计、绿色采购、绿色生产、绿色处置的四大绿色供应链管理内容体系,为风电企业绿色供应链管理体系的构建提供理论支撑和方法指导。Taking the construction of green supply chain management system of wind power enterprises as the research content,combined with relevant national standards and the construction experience of green supply chain management system of some wind power leading enterprises,four green supply chain management content systems including top-level design,green procurement,green production and green disposal were proposed to provide theoretical support and method guidance for the construction of green supply chain management system of wind power enterprises.
