摘　　要：为提升企业采购供应链管理质量和效率,为企业持续、稳定发展奠定基础,相关企业要整合发展资源,以提升采购供应链管理质量为中心,打造流程可靠、人员可靠、质量可靠、管理可靠的管理体系。文中为达到这一目标,通过经验分析法、文献分析法等措施,收集了与采购供应链质量管理相关的经验。In order to improve the quality and efficiency of enterprises procurement supply chain management and lay the foundation for sustainable and stable development of the enterprises,relevant enterprises should integrate development resources,focus on improving the quality of procurement supply chain management,and create a management system with reliable processes,personnel,quality and management.In order to achieve this goal,experience related to procurement supply chain quality management was collected through measures such as empirical analysis and literature analysis.
