摘  要:本文对绩效激励机制在基层医院卫生人力资源管理中的应用进行分析,指出目前基层医院人力资源建设取得了长足进步,但是还存在很多方面的不足,尤其是绩效激励机制的应用效果并不理想,存在诸多问题,导致基层医院卫生人力资源管理没有达到预期水平。通过分析绩效激励机制在医院人力资源管理中的作用,并且提出针对性解决措施和方案,进一步提升基层医院卫生人力资源管理水平,确保基层医院实现转型升级。This paper analyzes the application of performance incentive mechanism in the management of health human resources in grassroots hospitals,and points out that the human resources construction of grassroots hospitals has made great progress,but there are still many deficiencies.By analyzing the role of the performance incentive mechanism in hospital human resource management,and proposing targeted solutions and programs,we will further improve the health human resource management level of grassroots hospitals and ensure the transformation and upgrading of grassroots hospitals.
