低碳模式下数量折扣契约应对三级供应链协调研究

摘　　要：研究在完全竞争市场下,市场需求为随机变量,产品价格一定,由制造商、分销商、零售商组建的三级低碳供应链系统协调的问题;建立了基于斯坦伯格模型原理的制造商、分销商、零售商组成的三级供应链利润函数,分析了整体观点决策和分散观点决策下的低碳供应链协调条件;通过设计一种低碳模式下的数量折扣契约,实现了三级供应链系统的协调。研究表明:低碳模式下三级供应链系统在采用了数量折扣契约时,制造商、分销商、零售商的预期利润与数量折扣系数直接相关,且订购量越大,零售商获得折扣越多;同时,供应链系统的协调还取决于企业碳配额的分配系数,通过不断调整系数,以使链上成员对所获利润相对满意。This paper studies the coordination of a three-level low-carbon supply chain system composed of manufacturers,distributors and retailers in a completely competitive market,with market demand as a random variable and product price as a constant;a three-level supply chain profit function composed of manufacturers,distributors and retailers based on the Steinberg model is established,and the coordination conditions of low-carbon supply chain under the overall view decision and decentralized view decision are analyzed,by designing a quantity discount contract under the low-carbon mode,the coordination of the three-level supply chain system is realized.The research shows that when the quantity discount contract is adopted in the three-level supply chain system under the low-carbon model,the expected profits of manufacturers,distributors and retailers are directly related to the quantity discount coefficient,and the larger the order quantity,the more discounts retailers get;at the same time,the coordination of the supply chain system also depends on the distribution coefficient of the enterprise's carbon quota.Through constant adjustment of the coefficient,the members of the chain can be relatively satisfied with the profits.
