摘 要:建立考虑润滑油对齿面摩擦特性影响的啮合效率计算数学模型,分析了温度和压力对齿轮啮合效率的影响规律,并提出啮合效率优化方案。结果表明,温度升高时,润滑油黏度下降,使得滑动摩擦损失增加,导致齿轮的啮合效率降低;当压力增大时,润滑油黏度会升高,使得滑动摩擦损失降低,导致齿轮的啮合效率增大;在高温和低压情况下,为保证齿轮的啮合效率,可以降低法向模数和齿顶高系数,提高法向压力角和螺旋角,合理搭配齿轮参数,选择满足啮合效率的润滑油。This paper establishes a mathematical model for calculating meshing efficiency considering the influence of lubricating oil on the tooth surface friction characteristics,analyzes the influence of temperature and pressure on meshing efficiency,and puts forward the meshing efficiency optimization scheme.The results show that with the increase of temperature,the lubricating oil viscosity decreases,which increases the sliding friction loss and reduces the meshing efficiency of gear.When the pressure increases,the lubricating oil viscosity will increase,which reduces the sliding friction loss and leads to the increase of gear meshing efficiency.In order to ensure the meshing efficiency of gear at high temperature and low pressure,the normal modulus and addendum coefficient can be reduced,the normal pressure angle and helix angle can be increased,the gear parameters can be reasonably matched,and the lubricating oil can be selected to meet the meshing efficiency.
