摘  要:为实时智能调节煤炭重介洗选工艺参数,优化煤炭生产效果,设计基于粒子群算法的煤炭重介洗选智能控制系统。管理人员在系统监控端,下达重介洗选智能控制指令,传输至PLC主控单元;主控单元由现场设备层的液位传感器、同位素密度计、磁性物浓度计,采集重介洗选时合格介质桶液位、悬浮液密度、煤泥含量三种核心工艺参数,发送至控制端的基于粒子群算法的重介洗选智能控制器;此控制器结合工艺参数检测值与标定值的偏差、偏差变化率,由粒子群算法整定设置满足时域性能指标为最小值的PID控制器参数后,结合控制规则表,输出加介阀、补水阀、分流箱开度大小,由对应控制模块调节开度,智能调节合格介质桶液位、悬浮液密度、煤泥含量。实验中,此系统可在5 s快速控制悬浮液密度、液位、煤泥含量变成给定值,可将精煤产率提升1.49%。To intelligently adjust the parameters of coal dense medium washing process in real-time and optimize coal production efficiency,a coal dense medium washing intelligent control system based on particle swarm optimization algorithm is designed.The management personnel issue intelligent control commands for heavy medium washing at the system monitoring end and transmit them to the PLC main control unit;The main control unit collects three core process parameters of qualified medium barrel liquid level,suspension density and slime content during heavy medium washing from the liquid level sensor,isotope density meter and magnetic matter concentration meter on the site Mechanical floor,and sends them to the intelligent controller of heavy medium washing based on particle swarm optimization algorithm at the control end;This controller combines the deviation and deviation rate between the process parameter detection value and the calibration value,and sets the PID controller parameters that meet the minimum time domain performance index using particle swarm optimization algorithm.Combined with the control rule table,it outputs the opening size of the medium valve,water replenishment valve,and distribution box.The corresponding control module adjusts the opening,intelligently adjusting the qualified medium barrel liquid level,suspension density,and coal slurry content.In the experiment,this system can quickly control the suspension density,liquid level,and coal slurry content to set values within 5 seconds,and can increase the clean coal yield by 1.49%.
