摘  要:目的:益生菌发酵鸽粪生产饲料研究。方法:本文用复合益生菌(枯草芽孢杆菌、酵母菌、乳酸菌、放线菌、放线菌等)、鸽粪、玉米粉、麸皮和豆粕混合发酵10 d,比较发酵鸽粪前后的品质变化。结果:经过复合益生菌发酵后不添加辅料组和添加辅料组粪臭味变成酸香味,质地变松软,pH值下降,粗蛋白和粗纤维含量少量提升。结论:通过复合益生菌发酵鸽粪生产饲料,可改善鸽粪适口性,消除鸽粪异味,维持鸽粪营养价值,为生产廉价鸽粪蛋白质饲料提供依据。Objective:To study the production of feed from pigeon manure fermented by probiotics.Methods:The compound probiotics(Bacillus subtilis,yeast,lactic acid bacteria,actinomycetes,actinomycetes,etc.),pigeon dung,corn meal,bran and soybean meal were mixed and fermented for 10 days.The quality changes of pigeon dung before and after fermentation were compared.Result:After fermentation with composite probiotics,the fecal odor of the groups without and with additives turned into an acidic aroma,the texture became softer,the pH decreased,and the content of crude protein and crude fiber slightly increased.Conclusion:By fermenting pigeon manure with composite probiotics to produce feed,the palatability of pigeon manure can be improved,the odor of pigeon manure can be eliminated,and the nutritional value of pigeon manure can be maintained.This provides a basis for the production of cheap pigeon manure protein feed.
