摘  要:目的:探讨基于5E的混合式教学模式在神经内科临床见习带教中的应用效果。方法:选择中南大学湘雅三医院2019级临床五年制本科共132名学生为研究对象,随机分为试验组66人和对照组66人。两组授课内容、教师均相同。试验组采用基于5E的混合式教学模式进行教学,对照组以传统模式教学。教学结束后对两组学生进行见习教学效果评价。结果试验组成绩优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。此外,试验组对教师见习教学效果评价优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用基于5E的混合式教学模式可提升神经内科临床见习带教质量。Objective:To explore the application effect of the 5E-based blended learning model in clinical neurology practicum teaching.Methods:A total of 132 students in the 2019 clinical five-year undergraduate program at the Third Xiangya Hospital,Central South University,were selected as research subjects and randomly divided into an experimental group of 66 students and a control group of 66 students.The content and teachers were the same for both groups;the experimental group used the 5E-based blended learning model for teaching,while the control group used traditional teaching methods.After teaching,the practicum teaching effects of the two groups of students were evaluated.Results:The scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Additionally,the experimental group's evaluation of the teaching effectiveness for the practicum was better than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of the 5Ebased blended learning model can improve the quality of clinical neurology practicum teaching.
