摘 要:目的:探讨CBL教学法在风湿免疫科住院医师规范化培训中的应用效果。方法:选取80名在风湿免疫科住培的医师,随机分为对照组与试验组,对照组采用传统教学法,试验组采用CBL教学法,试验组医师按规培年级不同又分为1组与2组。比较各组医师对于临床带教的满意度及考核成绩。结果:试验组带教满意度、考核成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:CBL教学法在风湿免疫科住培应用中效果显著,有助于提示临床教学质量。Objective:This study aims to explore the application effectiveness of Case-Based Learning(CBL)in the standardized training of rheumatology and immunology inpatient physicians.Methods:A total of 80 physicians undergoing rheumatology and immunology inpatient training were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group.The control group received traditional teaching methods,while the experimental group was taught using CBL.The experimental group was further divided into subgroup 1 and subgroup 2 based on different years of training.The study compared the satisfaction with clinical teaching and assessment scores among the groups of physicians.Results:The experimental group showed higher satisfaction with teaching and better assessment scores compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of CBL in rheumatology and immunology inpatient training is significantly effective and contributes to enhancing the quality of clinical teaching.
