摘  要:目的:进一步有效客观评估全科医学人才能力水平,激发动力。方法:以目标为导向,构建了6C-26A-6S进阶达标体系,在3个年级全科住院医师中实施评估。结果:3个年级全科住院医师进阶达标6大能力模块评估结果有显著差异(P<0.001),其中22个进阶达标项目的评估结果在3个年级之间均有显著差异(P<0.001),且均进入高层次等级;同期与对照组相比,两组的年度终结性考核的5个项目的成绩,试验组均高于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:目标导向的进阶达标评估新模式有利于全科住院医师全程达标,早期达标,促进成才。Objective:To further assess the competency level of general practice medical talents effectively and objectively and stimulate motivation.Methods:A goal-oriented 6C-26A-6S competency assessment system for advancement was constructed and implemented among three grades of general practice residents.Results:There were significant differences in the assessment results of the six competency modules among the three grades of general practice residents(P<0.001).Among the 22 advancement criteria,the assessment results showed significant differences among the three grades(P<0.001),and all entered the high-level category.In comparison with the control group,the experimental group showed higher scores in five items of the annual final assessment,with statistical differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The goal-oriented advancement assessment model is beneficial for general practice residents to achieve competency throughout their training,achieve early advancement,and promote their professional development.
