摘　　要：目的:通过“积分制”管理,为实习生及教学师资赋能,使实习生与教学师资评价更加科学;通过信息化平台建设,实现实习生管理的全流程信息化管理,解决实习生管理中存在的突出问题。方法:根据医院实际,引入“积分制”管理模式,制定实习生管理“积分制”量化评价体系,并将“积分制”评价体系与实习生信息化管理平台设计有机结合。结果:将先进的“积分制”管理模式引入信息化管理流程,改变了传统的教学管理模式,为医院的实习生管理数字化精准管理奠定基础。结论:基于积分制管理模式下的实习生信息化管理平台,在优化了管理流程的同时提升了管理效率。Objective:Through the"credit system"management,this study empowers interns and teaching staff,making the evaluation of interns and teaching staff more scientific.By constructing an information management platform,it aims to achieve fullprocess information management for interns and address prominent issues in internmanagement.Methods:Based on the actual situation of the hospital,the"credit system"management model is introduced,and a quantitative evaluation system for intern management under the"credit system"is established.This evaluation system is then organically integrated into the design of the information management platform for interns.Results:By incorporating the advanced"credit system"management model into the information management process,it transforms the traditional teaching management model and lays a foundation for the digital and precise management of interns in the hospital.Conclusion:The information management platform for interns based on the credit system management model optimizes the management process and improves management efficiency.
