摘  要:为了解扶桑绵粉蚧在云南干热区柠檬园内发生规律,筛选出安全、高效的防治药剂,本研究于2022年调查了干热区柠檬园内扶桑绵粉蚧的发生情况,测定了8种杀虫剂对扶桑绵粉蚧的室内毒力,并开展了6种杀虫剂对扶桑绵粉蚧的田间防效。调查结果表明,扶桑绵粉蚧在干热区柠檬园内周年发生,在3月和6月出现了两个虫口高峰期。对扶桑绵粉蚧室内毒力测定发现,8种供试杀虫剂中螺虫乙酯和阿维菌素对扶桑棉粉蚧的若虫和成虫触杀毒力都很好,毒力最弱的是吡虫啉;田间试验发现6种药剂对柠檬都安全,其中螺虫乙酯和毒死蜱持效性和速效性都比较好。因此在扶桑绵粉蚧防治中,建议使用螺虫乙酯和毒死蜱,但为了避免扶桑绵粉蚧产生抗药性,建议和速效性好的微生物农药阿维菌素或乙基多杀菌素进行轮换使用。In order to understand the occurrence regularity of Phenacoccus solenopsis in lemon orchards in dry-hot valley area of Yunnan Province,and screen out safe and efficient control agents,the occur-rence of P.solenopsis in lemon orchards in dry-hot vally area was investigated in 2022.The indoor viru-lence of 8 insecticides against P.solenopsis was measured,and the field control effectiveness of 6 insecti-cides against P.solenopsis was carried out.The results of the investigation showed that the P.solenopsis occurred in whole year in the lemon orchards in the dry-hot vally area,and there were two peak periods in March and June.Laboratory virulence tests of P.solenopsis showed that among the 8 insecticides,spirotetramat and abamectin had good virulence to larvae and adult of P.solenopsis,and imidacloprid was the weakest.Field tests showed that all the 6 agents were safe to lemons,among which spirotetramat and chlorpyrifos had better sustained and rapid effects.Therefore,it is recommended to use spirotetramat and chlorpyrifos in the control of P.solenopsis.However,in order to avoid resistance of P.solenopsis,it is rec-ommended to rotate the use of abamectin or spinetoram which are quick-acting microbial pesticides.
