摘  要:目的 分析沧州市2018-2021年市售水产品及其制品中副溶血性弧菌的分子分型及耐药情况,逐步建立沧州市副溶血性弧菌脉冲场凝胶电泳(pulsed field gel electrophoresis,PFGE)数据库,积累水产品及其制品食品风险监测数据,为防控副溶血性弧菌引发的食源性疾病、病菌溯源及抗生素使用提供指导依据。方法 2018-2021年随机抽取沧州市各县区的农贸市场、餐饮环节、超市等生产销售场所的相关样品,对所采集的水产品及其制品进行细菌培养及分离鉴定,对获得的副溶血性弧菌实施脉冲场凝胶电泳(PFGE)、药敏试验及毒力基因检测。结果 对分离到的40株副溶血性弧菌进行检测,共获得不同的PFGE带型38种,菌株间相似度在36.1%~100.0%,优势酶切带型不明显,带型分布广泛。对所测定的17种抗生素全部敏感菌株有27株(67.5%,27/40),存在耐药现象的菌株有13株(32.5%,13/40),存在多重耐药现象。结论 沧州市2018-2021年市售水产品及其制品中分离得到的40株副溶血性弧菌,其PFGE分型带型分布广泛,未发现明显的集中聚类,针对本研究所检测的抗生素呈现不同程度的抗生素耐药情况,存在多重耐药情况。沧州市作为沿海城市,后续应持续对水产品及其制品中副溶血性弧菌的污染水平进行监测。Objective To analyze the molecular typing and drug resistance of Vibrio parahaemolyticus in aquatic products and their products sold in Cangzhou City from 2018 to 2021,to gradually establish the PFGE(pulsed field gel electrophoresis)database of Vibrio parahaemolyticus in Cangzhou City,to accumulate food risk monitoring data of aquatic products and their products,and to provide guidance for the prevention and control of foodborne diseases caused by Vibrio parahaemolyticus,pathogen origin tracing and antibiotic use.Methods From 2018 to 2021,relevant samples were randomly selected from farmers'markets,catering links,supermarkets and other production and sales places in counties and districts of Cangzhou City.The collected samples were cultured,isolated and identified.And the obtained Vibrio parahaemolyticus were subjected to PFGE,drug sensitivity test and virulence gene test.Results Among 40 strains of Vibrio parahaemolyticus,38different PFGE bands were obtained,and the similarity between strains was 36.1-100.0%.The dominant enzyme digestion bands were not obvious,and the bands were widely distributed.There were 27 strains(67.5%,27/40)sensitive to all the 17 antibiotics tested,and 13 strains(32.5%,13/40)resistant.Multiple drug resistance existed.Conclusions From 2018 to 2021,40 strains of Vibrio parahaemolyticus were isolated from commercial aquatic products and their products in Cangzhou City.Their PFGE typing bands were widely distributed,and no obvious clustering was found.Antibiotics tested in this study showed different levels of antibiotic resistance,with multiple drug resistance.Cangzhou,as a coastal city,should continuously monitor the pollution level of Vibrio parahaemolyticus in aquatic products and their products.
