摘  要:马铃薯野生种Solanum commersonii(CM)具有很强的抗冻性,对低温处理下不同时间点的抗寒材料CM及冷冻敏感材料StGp Phureja(DM)取样,进行转录组及代谢组测序,对116种酚酸类物质进行差异分析.结果表明,11种酚酸物质与抗寒材料CM的耐寒性相关,转录组关联分析筛选出36个转录因子与11种核心差异酚酸物质有相似的表达模式,响应马铃薯低温下的表达调控.Solanum commersonii has strong frost resistance.In this study,samples of slolnum commersorii(CM)and StGp Phureja(DM)were taken at different time points under low temperature treatment,and transcriptome and metabolome sequencing were conducted.The differences of phenolic acids were analyzed.The results showed that 11 phenolic acids were correlated with the cold resistance of CM,and 36 transcription factors were identified by transcriptome association analysis to have similar expression patterns with 11 core differential phenolic acids,in response to the expression regulation of potato at low temperature.
