摘  要:以耐寒性野生马铃薯材料Solanum commersonii和冷冻敏感材料StGp Phureja作为研究对象,4℃驯化3 d后-3℃冻害处理3 h、6 h、12 h进行转录组和代谢组测序及相关分析.研究表明,生物碱类物质是这两个马铃薯品种有差异的主要代谢产物类别之一,对其抗寒性有重要影响.在马铃薯耐寒材料中有12个差异生物碱类代谢物响应低温胁迫.根据这12个核心差异代谢物进行关联分析筛选出27个转录因子与之有相似的表达模式,这些转录因子可能参与生物碱的调控.In this study,the cold-tolerant wild potato variety S.commersonii and the freeze-sensitive species StGp Phureja were used as materials.The transcriptome and metabolome sequencing and correlation analysis were conducted after acclimation at 4℃for 3 d and freezing treatment at-3℃for 3 h,6 h and 12 h.The results showed that alkaloids were one of the main metabolites that led to the difference of low temperature tolerance between the two potato varieties,and had an important effect on their cold resistance.There are 12 different alkaloid metabolites in the cold resistant materials that play the role of cold resistance.According to the 12 core differential metabolites,27 transcription factors were selected by association analysis with similar expression patterns,which may be involved in the regulation of alkaloids.
