摘 要:以马铃薯野生材料Solanum commersonii叶片为研究对象,经过对10个不同激素组合的筛选,得到最佳配比,建立马铃薯野生材料叶片再生体系.结果表明,马铃薯野生材料S.commersonii叶片愈伤的最佳诱导培养基为MS+1.00 mg·L^(-1)吲哚乙酸+1.50 mg·L^(-1)玉米素,诱导率高达100%,生长情况较好,愈伤组织呈浅绿色,表面呈米粒状.叶片愈伤组织不定芽分化的最佳培养基为MS+1.00 mg·L^(-1)吲哚乙酸+2.00 mg·L^(-1)玉米素,不定芽分化率达66.67%.Using S.commersonii leaves of potato wild materials as experimental material,a medium with the optimal ratio of hormones was obtained through screening of ten different hormone compositions,and we established the leaf regeneration system of potato wild materials.The results showed that MS+1.00 mg·L^(-1) IAA+1.50 mg·L^(-1) ZT was the best medium for inducing callus of the wild potato material S.commersonii.The induction rate was up to 100 percent and the growth condition was good.The callus cells were light green and the surface was rice granular.The best medium for adventitious bud differentiation of callus on leaves was MS+1.00 mg·L^(-1) IAA+2.00 mg·L^(-1) ZT,and the adventitious bud differentiation rate was 66.67 percent.
