社会支持视角下社会工作介入留守儿童问题的实践探究——以L县Z社工机构为例

摘　　要：受城乡二元体制的影响,农村留守儿童问题越来越严重,逐渐引起政府和社会各界的重视。政府颁布了相关的政策,号召社会各界助力农村留守儿童。社会工作者身负助人宗旨,积极响应政策号召,利用专业方法,助力于关注和改善留守儿童的生活环境。本文基于Z社工机构对于L县留守儿童的实务活动,在社会支持理论的指导下,以提升留守儿童挖掘和掌握资源的能力为活动目的,开展符合服务对象的方案方针,并针对Z社工机构开展活动中遇到的阻碍活动效果的问题给予相应的建议,以帮助Z社工机构的助人活动取得良好效果,使得L县留守儿童问题得以解决。Influenced by the dual system of urban and rural areas,the problem of left-behind children in rural areas is becoming more and more serious,which gradually attracts the attention of the government and all walks of life.The government has issued relevant policies,calling on all sectors of society to help left-behind children in rural areas.With the purpose of helping others,social work actively responds to policy calls and helps to pay attention to and improve the living environment of left-behind children by using professional methods.Based on the practical activities of Z social work agency for left-behind children in L county,this paper,under the guidance of social support theory,aims to improve the ability of left-behind children to dig and grasp resources,carries out programs and guidelines in line with the target group,and gives corresponding suggestions for the problems that hinder the effect of activities in the activities of Z social work agency.It help Z social work organizations to achieve better effect,and the problem of left-behind children in L county can be solved.
