摘 要:随着路网规模的不断扩大以及客流强度的日益增强,城市轨道交通系统在运营受干扰的条件下会出现大量列车延误、局部区域客流突增、客流与列车衔接不充分、部分乘车区间和线路拥堵等一系列问题,会给整个城市交通带来重大的影响。韧性的城市轨道交通系统在应对干扰的全过程中能够凭自身能力即时反应吸收干扰、减轻干扰损失,并通过合理的调配资源以从干扰中快速恢复过来,在附加资源充足时,甚至可恢复到超常状态。从城市轨道交通运行的特点出发,给出了城市轨道交通韧性运行的定义,包含理论层面的内涵认识以及实际层面现实意义;此外,对城市轨道交通韧性定量评价方法进行分类总结,并对城市轨道交通韧性运行的未来研究趋势进行展望。With the continuous expansion of railway network scale and increasing passenger flow intensity,a series of problems such as large number of train delays,sudden increase in local regional passenger flow,insufficient connection between passenger flow and trains,congestion in some travel sections and lines will occur in the urban rail transit system under the condition of operation interference,which will have a significant impact on the whole urban traffic.In the whole process of dealing with interference,resilient urban rail transit system can instantly respond to absorb interference and reduce interference loss by its own ability,and quickly recover from interference through reasonable allocation of resources.When additional resources are sufficient,it can even return to a supernormal state.Based on the characteristics of urban rail transit operation,this paper gives the definition of resilient operation of urban rail transit,including theoretical connotation and practical significance.In addition,it classifies and summarizes the quantitative evaluation methods for urban rail transit resilience,and looks forward to the future research trend of resilient operation of urban rail transit.
