摘  要:为评估长三角教育一体化政策对高校科研发展的影响,采用双重差分法考察2008—2017年长三角地区地市级面板数据。研究发现,长三角教育一体化政策对长三角区域内高校科研投入的增加有显著的拉动作用,但对科研产出的拉动效果不明显。进一步的机制分析表明,学术交流便利、知识服务能力强和开放程度越高的长三角地区,长三角教育一体化政策对科研投入和科研产出的正向拉动作用越强。基于此,研究对长三角教育一体化政策如何促进区域内高校科研发展予以了实证支持,也为各地教育一体化政策的制定提供了有益启示。To evaluate the impact of the Yangtze River Delta education integration policy on the development of scientific research in universities in the region,this paper uses the difference in differences method to study municipal level panel data from 2008 to 2017.The study found that the education integration policy of the Yangtze River Delta has a significant stimulating effect on the increase of scientific research investment in universities in the region,but the stimulating effect on scientific research output is not obvious.Further mechanism analysis shows that the regions with convenient academic exchanges,strong knowledge service capabilities and higher degree of openness have a stronger positive effect of the Yangtze River Delta education integration policy on scientific research investment and scientific research output.Based on this,the research in this paper provides empirical support for how the education integration policy in the Yangtze River Delta can promote the development of scientific research in universities in the region,and also provides useful enlightenment for the formulation of education integration policies in various regions.
