摘  要:郑济高铁长清黄河特大桥采用混凝土主梁部分斜拉桥,联长1080 m。对桥梁设计关键技术进行研究,主要结论如下:全联采用塔墩固结、塔梁分离的支承体系,各墩均设置减隔震支座;采用型钢混凝土桥塔,充分发挥钢材的抗拉性能和混凝土的抗压性能,提高截面承载能力的同时避免了设置多层多肢钢筋的施工难度;分丝管索鞍采用新型的双侧双向抗滑锚固装置,以抵抗不平衡索力,并通过实体模型试验验证了抗滑锚固装置的可靠性;主梁采用大节段悬浇设计,节段最大长度8 m,大节段设计有效节省了桥梁建造工期。Changqing Yellow River Super Long Bridge of Zhengzhou-Jinan HSR is a partially cable-stayed bridge with concrete main girder and a unit length of 1,080 m.The key technologies of bridge design are studied,and the main conclusions are as follows:The whole unit adopts the supporting system of pylon-pier connection and pylon-beam separation,and each pier is provided with seismic mitigation and isolation bearing;section steel reinforced concrete pylon is adopted to give full play to the tensile performance of steel and the compressive performance of concrete,improve the bearing capacity of section and avoid the construction challenges of setting multi-layer and multi-stirrup reinforcement;in order to withstand the unbalanced cable force,a new type of double-side and bi-direction anti-sliding anchorage device is adopted for strand deviating saddle.The reliability of the anti-sliding anchorage device is verified by solid model test;large-segment cantilever pouring design is adopted for the main girder,with a maximum segment length of 8m.The large-segment design effectively shortens the construction period of the bridge.
