摘　　要：以提升学生的创新创业理念、创新精神和创业能力为核心,从多个维度系统思考,科学规划,构建药学专业创新创业人才培养体系,内容包括“递进式”的教学目标、“全方位”的课程建设、“多元化”的师资队伍、“全程化”的文化与服务和“四位一体”实践平台,并充分发挥课堂育人、科研育人、实践育人、文化育人和环境育人的作用,以推动药学专业创新创业人才培养工作的深入开展。Focusing on improving students innovative and entrepreneurial ideas,innovative spirit and entrepreneurial ability,a training system for innovative and entrepreneurial talents in pharmacy was constructed by systematically thinking from multiple dimensions and scientifically planning.The system content includes“progressive”teaching objectives,“all-round”course construction,“multi-dimensional”teaching staff,“full-time”culture and service as well as“four-in-one”practical platform.It gives full play to the function of classroom education,scientific research education,practical education,cultural education and environmental education,so as to promote the innovation and entrepreneurship talent training of Pharmacy.
