摘 要:在阅读史的视角下,五四时期学界对胡适《中国哲学史大纲》的阅读与反响是不可忽视的学术现象。新文化派从思想革命的角度强调它的革命性意义;东方文化派从非理性主义的角度批评胡适轻视人生观问题;学衡派从中国文化出发批评胡适的疑古与诋孔。实际上,《中国哲学史大纲》的阅读与反响深深地与五四时期的中西文化争论纠结在一起。文化观的差异导致它的学术反响也呈现出复调性。更为重要的是,围绕《中国哲学史大纲》的不同声音,不仅揭示了文化观念的差异性,更凸显了著作的生命力。From the perspective of reading history,the reading and reaction to Hu Shi’s Outline of the History of Chinese Philosophy was an important academic phenomenon during the May Fourth period.The New Culture School emphasized its revolutionary significance from the perspective of ideological revolution;the Oriental Cultural School criticized Hu Shi from irrationalism for despising the issue of outlook on life;the Xueheng School criticized Hu Shi’s suspicion of ancient history and his criticism of Confucius from the perspective of Chinese culture.In fact,its reading and reaction was deeply entangled with the cultural debate between China and the West during the May Fourth period.The differences in cultural views led to differences in its academic responses.More importantly,the different voices surrounding it not only revealed the differences in cultural concepts,but also highlighted its vitality.
