摘 要:“三全育人”对思政教育提出了新的要求,即改变以课堂思政教育为主阵地的思政教育范式,建立一种新的非组织化的思政教育模式。该模式的特点包括以下三个方面:一是校园环境即课程资源。“三全育人”之十大育人体系最大特点之一就是充分发挥校园环境各个因素的育人功能,将整个校园文化的建设当作思政课程进行建设。二是交往场景即课程单元。交往场景是校园师生交往情境,一个场景即为一个思政教育的师生交往情境,类似于课堂教学中一个基本课程单元。三是交往过程即教育过程。师生交往过程通过思政教育意义阐释、师生互动等达成共识,落实思政教育。A new requirement of Three Comprehensive Education is put forward for ideological and political education,that is,to change the paradigm of ideological and political education in school and establish a new non-organized paradigm of ideological and political education.The characteristics of this paradigm include three aspects as follows:first,campus environment is curriculum resources.One of the biggest characteristics of the ten educational systems of Three Comprehensive Educationis to make full use of the educational function on campus,and take the construction of the whole campus culture as ideological and political courses.The second is that the communication scene is also the course unit.Communication scene is regarded as the communication situation between teachers and students on campus,similar to a basic curriculum unit in classroom teaching.Third,the process of communication is also the process of education.In the process of communication between teachers and students,consensus is reached through interpretation of ideological and political education and interaction between teachers and students,so as to implement ideological and political education.
