摘 要:为了研究降雨冲击船体结构所产生的振动和噪声对舱室乘客舒适性的影响,开展降雨模型冲击薄板结构的声振特性研究。单雨滴冲击外部结构所致声振分析是降雨冲击下声振特性研究的基础,因此,以薄板结构为目标对象,建立单雨滴冲击和连续雨滴冲击的载荷模型,利用Comsol软件研究薄板结构在雨滴冲击下声振耦合特性,分析雨滴参数和结构特征对辐射声功率影响。研究发现:雨滴大小对结构的声振特性影响显著;结构刚度对结构在雨滴连续冲击下产生的声功率级响应分布有明显影响;雨滴作用下结构的加筋类型与是否加筋对其产生的振动声辐射有显著影响,且选取合适的结构加筋方式有利于降低结构的振动声辐射;不同材质的薄板结构在雨滴冲击下的辐射声功率略有差异。研究结果对于预测舱室结构在降雨作用下产生的声能大小和对噪声进行控制具有参考价值。To study the effect of the vibration and noise induced by rainfall impacting at hull structure on the comfort of cabin passengers,the vibro-acoustic characteristics of the rainfall model impacting at the thin plate structure are studied.Single raindrop impact analysis is the basis for the vibro-acoustic characteristics analysis of external structures.Therefore,regarding the thin plate structure as the target object,the load models of single and continuous raindrop impacts are established.The vibro-acoustic coupling characteristics of thin plate structures under raindrop impact are studied by using COMSOL software,and the effect of raindrop parameters and structural characteristics on radiated sound power is analyzed.The results show that the size of raindrops has a significant influence on the vibro-acoustic characteristics of the structure.Moreover,the structural stiffness has an obvious effect on the distribution of the sound power level response of the structure under the impact of continuous raindrops.The type of structural stiffeners has a significant influence on the vibro-acoustic radiation under the action of raindrops.So,selecting the appropriate stiffening method is beneficial for reducing the vibration and acoustic radiation of the structure.Additionally,the radiated sound powers of thin plate structures with different materials are slightly different under the impact of raindrops.The research results have a reference value for prediction of the sound energy generated by the cabin structure and noise control under the action of rainfalls.
