摘 要:塔式起重机结构复杂,维护过程中经常需要排查损伤部位。其结构中塔身经常发生损伤,快速定位塔身损伤部位对于塔机结构维护具有重要意义。基于此提出一种能够判断塔机塔身不同损伤部位的方法。利用QTZ40塔机仿真模型,以单主肢损伤、相邻双主肢损伤等不同主肢损伤组合状态为例进行分析,得到不同主肢损伤状态的仿真数据,对得到的仿真数据和采集的实验数据进行降维处理。以仿真数据为判断依据,分别计算出不同主肢损伤状态下实验数据与仿真数据差值,建立差值研究平面。利用基于KNN(KNearestNeighbors)思想的最近距离法来判断不同损伤主肢状态,以在研究平面中距离原点最近的仿真数据对应的损伤状态为实验数据的损伤状态。利用此方法可以快速、便捷判断塔机塔身的损伤部位。The structure of tower cranes is complex,and it is often necessary to check up the damaged parts during the maintenance process.The tower body is the part of the structure where damage often occurs.Quickly locating the damaged part of the tower body is of great significance for the maintenance of the tower crane structure.In this paper,a method for recognizing different damage parts of the tower body is proposed.The QTZ40 tower crane simulation model is used to analyze the combined states of different damaged main limbs such as single main limb damage and adjacent double main limb damage,and the corresponding simulation data is obtained.Then,the obtained simulation data and the collected experimental data are processed for dimension reduction.Based on the simulation data,the difference between the experimental data and the simulation data in different main limb injury states is calculated,and the difference research plane is established.The nearest distance method based on the KNN(K Nearest Neighbors)is used to determine the states of different damaged main limbs.The damage state corresponding to the simulation data closest to the origin in the research plane is extracted as the damage state of the experimental data.This method can be used to quickly and conveniently determine the damaged part of the tower body of the tower cranes.
