摘 要:船舶动力设备产生的振动主要通过基座结构传递到船体,对基座区域进行减振设计是降低动力设备振动传递的有效措施。针对某型船舶动力设备的基座结构,研究振动波在阻振基座结构中的传递特性,分析阻振阻尼复合基座结构的减振性能。研究结果表明:阻振阻尼复合基座结构可有效提高基座结构的减振性能,采取阻振质量的基座输出端加速度振级降低1.2dB,采取阻振阻尼复合基座输出端加速度振级降低4.1dB。研究结果可为基座结构的减振设计提供参考。The vibration of marine power equipment is mainly transmitted to the hull through the base structure.The vibration reduction design of the base area is an effective measure to reduce the vibration transmission of power equipment.Taking the base structure of a certain type of marine power equipment as the research object,the transmission characteristics of vibration wave in the vibration-damping base structure are studied,and the damping performance of the anti-vibration damping composite base structure is analyzed.The results show that this structure can effectively improve the vibration reduction performance of the base structure.The output vibration acceleration level of the base with anti-vibration mass is reduced by 1.2 dB,and that of the composite base with anti-vibration damping is reduced by 4.1 dB.The research results have provided a reference for vibration reduction design of base structures.
