摘  要:目的:评价以问题为导向的教学模式在预防医学教学中的应用效果。方法:以某校2019级临床医学专业1~6班的学生为改革组(n=188),采用以问题为导向的教学模式授课;以7~12班的学生作为对照组(n=190),采用传统授课模式。通过对改革组学生进行问卷调查和对比2组学生的出勤率、随堂测试成绩和期末成绩,进行教学效果评价。结果:改革组学生调查问卷显示83.9%(135/161)的学生认为以问题为导向的教学方式优于传统的授课方式,88.8%(143/161)的学生喜欢此种上课方式,并高度认同此种上课方式集中注意力、增加学习兴趣、促进积极思考问题、提高知识的运用能力;改革组的出勤率和随堂测试成绩好于对照组(P<0.05);改革组期末成绩总体高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:以问题为导向的教学模式被学生高度认可,优于传统的教学模式。Objective:To evaluate the effectiveness of problem-oriented teaching model in preventive medicine teaching.Methods:Students of classes 1-6 of grade 2019 majoring in clinical medicine in a medical college were assigned as the reform group(n=188),receiving a problem-oriented teaching model,and students of classes 7-12 were assigned as the control group(n=190),receiving the traditional teaching model.A questionnaire survey was conducted on the students in the reform group,and the attendance rate,in-class test score,and final exam score between the two groups were compared,in order to evaluate the effectiveness of the teaching methods.Results:The results of questionnaire showed that 83.9%(135/161)of the students thought that the problem-oriented teaching method was superior to the traditional teaching method.And 88.8%(143/161)of the students liked this teaching method,and highly agreed that problem-oriented teaching could improve attention,increase learning interest,promote positive thinking and improve the ability to use knowledge.Attendance rate and in-class test score in the reform group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The final exam score of the reform group were generally higher than that of the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The problem-oriented teaching method is highly recognized by students and is superior to the traditional teaching method,which is worthy of reference and promotion.
