摘　　要：铁死亡是近年来提出的一种新型细胞程序性坏死方式,在各种疾病中均有所发现,严重影响着人们的身体健康。大量研究表明抑制或促进铁死亡能够改善许多衰老及衰老相关疾病,中医药在其中扮演了重要的角色。本文综述了铁死亡对衰老及衰老相关疾病的影响及作用机制,梳理了近年来中医药在治疗铁死亡介导的衰老及衰老相关疾病中的研究进展,旨在为衰老及衰老相关疾病的治疗和预防提供更多的选择。Ferroptosis has recently been proposed as a novel form of programmed cellular necrosis,which occurs in various diseases,with serious impacts on human health.Numerous studies have shown that inhibition or promotion of ferroptosis can improve aging and aging-related diseases,and have highlighted an important role for traditional Chinese medicine.This paper reviews the effects and mechanisms of ferroptosis on aging and aging-related diseases,as well as recent research progress in the use of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of these diseases,with the aim of providing more options for the treatment and prevention of aging and aging-related diseases.
