摘 要:关节软骨缺乏血管、淋巴和神经,自身修复能力有限,故软骨损伤一般无法自行痊愈,常见的治疗方法分别为姑息治疗、修复治疗以及再生治疗。干细胞治疗为关节软骨损伤恢复提供了一种具有前景的治疗策略。而骨髓间充质干细胞作为传统的干细胞,具有独特的生物学特点,广泛应用于软骨修复治疗进程中。本文拟综合国内外最新文献报道,就近年来对骨髓间充质干细胞提取方法、表型鉴定、多向分化能力及其在关节软骨损伤修复中的应用进行阐述,以期为实现利用骨髓间充质干细胞精准、高效的治疗软骨损伤提供参考。Articular cartilage is devoid of blood vessels,lymphatic vessels,and nerves,making it inherently incapable of self-repair.Consequently,cartilage injuries often fail to heal naturally,necessitating the use of palliative,reparative,and regenerative treatments.Among these approaches,stem cell therapy has a great potential for the treatment of articular cartilage injuries.Notably,bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells(BMSCs),a well-established stem cell type,are extensively employed in cartilage repair therapy because of their unique biological characteristics.The objective of this article was to review the current domestic and international literature on the method of BMSC extraction,phenotype identification,multidirectional differentiation capacity,and their recent application in repairing articular cartilage injuries.The ultimate goal is to provide valuable insights into the precise and efficient treatment of cartilage injuries using BMSCs,thereby serving as a useful reference for medical practitioners in this field.
