摘　　要：目的比较复方聚乙二醇电解质散(polyethylene glycol,PEG)和磷酸钠盐口服溶液(sodium phosphate oral solution,SPOS)对老年患者无痛结肠镜检查术术中血流动力学的影响。方法纳入拟行无痛结肠镜检查术的老年患者100例。随机分为PEG组(P组,n=50)和SPOS组(S组,n=50)。术前,P组口服PEG稀释温凉水共3 L溶液,S组口服SPOS稀释温凉水共1.5 L溶液。记录术前(T0)、入检查室(T1)、麻醉诱导时(T2)、进镜时(T3)、进镜后5 min(T4)和检查结束(T5)时的血压和心率;记录术中血管活性药物用量。结果与S组比较,P组术中低血压和心动过缓发生率较低,血管活性药物使用较少(P<0.05)。结论PEG维持老年患者无痛结肠镜检查术术中血流动力学稳定优于SPOS。Objective To compare the effects of polyethylene glycol electrolyte(PEG)solution and sodium phosphate oral solution(SPOS)on intraoperative hemodynamics in elderly patients undergoing painless colonoscopy.Methods A total of 100 elderly patients were randomly divided into PEG group(P group,n=50)and SPOS group(S group,n=50).Before the operation,group P was given 3 L PEG diluted warm and cold water regimen,and group S was given 1.5 L SPOS diluted warm and cold water regimen.Blood pressure and heart rate(HR)were recorded before the operation(T0),on admission to the examination room(T1),anesthesia induction(T2),on admission(T3),5 minutes after admission(T4),and at the end of the examination(T5).The dosage of intraoperative vasoactive drugs was also recorded.Results Compared with group S,the incidence of intraoperative hypotension and bradycardia was lower,and the use of vasoactive drugs was less in group P(P<0.05).Conclusion PEG is superior to SPOS in maintaining intraoperative hemodynamic stability in elderly patients undergoing painless colonoscopy.
