摘  要:建立深孔麻花钻悬臂梁等效模型,推导麻花钻截面惯性矩、惯性积和极惯性矩的数值计算公式。定义麻花钻截面平均惯性矩,分析麻花钻长度对平均惯性矩的影响,结果表明,麻花钻越长,截面平均惯性矩越接近极惯性矩的1/2。提出弯曲变形和扭转变形修正系数,开展麻花钻弯曲和扭转变形静力学有限元仿真,通过数据拟合辨识变形修正系数,建立麻花钻弯曲、扭转变形修正模型和静刚度模型,实现深孔钻受力变形预测和螺旋槽结构优化设计。The equivalent model of twist drill for cantilever beam is established and the formulas for calculating the moment of inertia,the product of inertia and the polar moment of inertia of twist drill section are deduced.The average moment of inertia of twist drill section is defined and the effect of twist drill length on average moment of inertia is analyzed.The results show that the average moment of inertia for longer twist drill is to half of the polar moment of inertia.Correction coefficients for bending and torsional deformation are proposed,and the bending and torsional deformation model and static rigidity model of twist drll are established through the static finite element simulation and data fiting.This research can be used to predict the deformation of the deep-hole twist drill and to implement the optimal design for helical flute.
