摘　　要：本文以中国石化国际石油工程典型项目的项目经理为研究对象,遵循角色认知模型构建原则,分析其应具备的基础角色、角色描述和关键业务活动,构建中国石化国际石油工程项目经理角色认知模型,应用角色认知模型构建培训课程体系,开展分层进阶式培训。This study takes project managers of typical international petroleum engineering projects of SINOPEC as the research objects,follows the principle of role cognitive model construction,analyzes the basic roles,role descriptions and key business activities that they should have and builds the cognitive role model of international petroleum engineering project managers of SINOPEC.Thus,it uses the role cognitive model to guide the building of the training course system in order to carry out hierarchical training.
