摘  要:渐开线花键具有承载能力大、对中性好、自定心好和加工效率高等优势,目前大多数建模软件无渐开线花键参数化自动建模工具箱,少数软件自带的渐开线花键建模工具有一定的局限性且建模精确度不高,叠加实际生产中的加工误差后无法用于高精度传动机械。根据机械设计基础知识和数学分析的方法建立渐开线及螺旋线系列点坐标的参数方程,基于UG1980软件提出一种新的直齿渐开线花键精确建模方法,能够更好地建立精确的直齿渐开线花键模型。The involute spline has the advantages of large bearing capacity,good alignment,good self-centering and high processing efficiency.At present,most modeling software basically do not have the parametric automatic modeling tool kit for involute spline,some involute spline modeling tools have certain limitations and the modeling accuracy is not high,and with the reason of processing errors in actual production,involute spline cannot be used in high-precision transmission machinery.Based on the basic knowledge of mechanical design and the method of mathematical analysis,the parametric equations of a series of point coordinates on the involute and helix are established.Based on UG1980 software,a new accurate modeling method of straight involute spline,which can establish an accurate straight involute spline model well,is proposed.
