摘　　要：为解决传统人工物品分类搬运存在耗时耗力、效率低、出错率高和无法长时间工作的问题,提出基于STM32的物品分拎机器人小车设计.以STM32单片机为主控芯片,结合红外传感模块进行循迹行驶,利用OpenMV机器视觉模块进行物块颜色识别,通过设置合适的识别大小、结合高斯平滑滤波和中值滤波算法,提高识别率,实现机器人小车根据不同颜色物块进行归类搬运放置,解放人力,有效提高工作效率,对物流行业具有一定的参考价值.In order to solve the problems of time-consuming and labor-consuming,low efficiency,high error rate and inability to work for a long time in the traditional classification and transportation of artificial goods.This paper presents a design of an article sorting robot based on STM32.STM32 was used as the main control chip,combined with infrared sensing module and openMV machine vision module.The recognition rate is im⁃proved by setting appropriate recognition size and combining Gaussian smooth filtering and median filtering al⁃gorithms,classification,to realize the tracking,transport and placement of goods.It can effectively reduce man⁃power,improve work efficiency,and provide important reference value for the future intelligent life.
