分层教学法在高校篮球选项课中的实践

摘　　要：为提高高校篮球课教学水平,对分层教学法在高校篮球选项课中的实践进行研究.选取对照班和实验班,对实验班学生的篮球水平进行测试,基于测试成绩进行分层并展开教学设计,并通过对教学目标分层、教学流程层次化解和分层教学实践.结果表明在篮球选项课中采用分层教学法可以显著提高学生的篮球技能水平,并显著提升学生的体育学习兴趣.In order to improve the teaching level of College Basketball,the stratified teaching method has been practised.A control class and an experimental class were selected.The basketball level of the students in the experimental class was tested,and the teaching design was carried out based on the test results.Through the stratification of teaching objectives,the level of teaching process and the practice of stratified teaching.The practical results show that the use of stratified teaching method in basketball elective courses can significantly improve students’basketball skills and significantly enhance students’interest in sports learning.
