摘 要:太阳能蓄热虽然是一种较为成熟的太阳能技术,但仍存在热能储存不稳定、热能利用效率低、蓄热不连续等问题,而相变蓄热在一定程度上可以解决这些问题.石蜡因其价格低、固液相变转化过程体积变化小、相变潜热高、几乎无过冷现象等优点,被遴选为相变材料.针对单纯的石蜡相变材料存在导热性差、蓄热慢等问题,探究将泡沫金属铝与石蜡结合的复合相变材料用于相变蓄热装置中,并对蓄热过程进行数值模拟.结果表明,相同工况下,复合石蜡完全熔化时,纯石蜡只熔化了70%.因此,复合相变材料可以有效提高蓄热速度,即单位时间内的蓄热量.Although solar thermal storage is a relatively mature solar energy technology,there are still some problems,such as unstable thermal energy storage,low efficiency of thermal energy utilization,discontinuous thermal storage and so on.The phase change heat storage device can solve these problems to a certain extent.Paraffin is selected as phase change material because of its low price,small volume change during solid-liquid phase change,high latent heat of phase change and almost no supercooling.In view of the problems of poor thermal conductivity and slow heat storage of pure paraffin phase change material,the composite phase change material combined with foam metal aluminum and paraffin was used in the phase change heat storage device,and the heat storage process was numerically simulated.The results show that under the same working conditions,when the composite paraffin is completely melted,the pure paraffin is only melted by 70%.Therefore,the composite phase change material can effectively improve the heat storage rate,which is the heat storage capacity per unit time.
