摘  要:魔芋葡甘聚糖提取自魔芋根茎,是一种天然多糖,具有良好的亲水性、生物相容性和可降解性,是一种优良的生物材料,近年来受到广泛关注。葡甘聚糖目前仍处于初加工阶段,主要用作食品或食品添加剂,亟待发展新的高附加值应用方向。分离介质和细胞培养微载体是生物制品生产过程中必不可少的生物工程材料,但是市场仍主要被国外产品垄断,实现国产化有利于提升我国生物制品企业的竞争力,保障产业安全。本文综述了具有自主知识产权的葡甘聚糖微球及其制备工艺的建立、结构和表面性能调控,介绍了其在分离纯化、细胞/干细胞培养方面的应用,以期为开辟新的魔芋高值化应用提供参考。Konjac glucomannan,a natural polysaccharide extracted from konjac,can serve as an excellent biomaterial and has attracted widespread attention in the past decades due to its good hydrophilicity,biocompatibility,biodegradability,etc.Glucomannan is currently in the preliminary processing stage,and the development of new high value-added applications is still in demand.Separation media and cell culture microcarriers are essential bioengineering materials for the manufacture of biological products.Herein we reviewed the research on glucomannan microspheres with independent intellectual property rights,including the preparation technology,structure,and its surface performance regulation.In addition,we summarized their applications as separation media and cell/stem cell culture microcarriers,hoping to stimulate new ideas for the development of new high-value applications in konjac industry.
