摘  要:含氮化合物广泛应用于医药、化工和材料等领域,因此含氮化合物的高效合成一直都是研究热点。亚胺还原酶是近年来发现的一类以NADPH作为辅因子的氧化还原酶,它能够催化环状亚胺的还原和酮的还原胺化合成各种含氮化合物。这类酶自2010年首次报道以来,已经取得了巨大的研究进展,引起了学术界和工业界的广泛关注。本文主要总结了近十多年来亚胺还原酶的研究进展,具体包括亚胺还原酶的发现、亚胺还原酶催化的亚胺还原和酮还原胺化、涉及亚胺还原酶催化的级联反应、亚胺还原酶的晶体结构与催化机制等内容,重点综述了亚胺还原酶的新功能和新应用。Nitrogenous compounds are widely used in medicine,chemical industry,materials and other fields.Therefore,the efficient synthesis of nitrogenous compounds has been a research hotspot as such substances are widely applied in medicine,chemical industry,materials and other fields.Imine reductases,are a class of oxidoreductases discovered in recent years,that use NADPH as a cofactor to catalyze the reduction of imines and reductive amination of ketones to generate nitrogen-containing compounds by using NADPH as a cofactor.Since the first report of imine reductases this class of enzymes was reported in 2010,great progress has been achieved in this field,made,which has attracted widespread attention from both academyia and industry.Herein,we summarizeds the research progress of imine reductases in the past ten years,including the discovery of imine reductase,the crystal structure and catalytic mechanism of imine reductase,as well as various reactions catalyzed by imine reductases(reduction of imines,reductive amination of ketones,and cascade reactions).This review is mainly focused on reactions catalyzed by imine reductase,and mainly review the new functions and applications of imine reductases.
