摘  要:近年来,学生找不到心仪工作、公司招不到合适人才的“两难”社会问题凸显。PBL教学模式以学生为主体,以解决现实问题为导向,可有效培养学生协作、创新及解决现实问题的能力。微信为PBL教学模式下构建“人人皆学、处处可学、时时能学”的个性化学习环境提供了载体。以经济博弈论课程为例,以体现学生自主学习为核心的PBL教学模式为理论指导,通过对经济博弈论课程特点及存在问题、基于微信支持的PBL教学模式特征及优势、实施流程及要点等的分析,探索解决学生就业、企业招聘“两难”问题的途径,为“互联网+”语境下的PBL教学理论研究和实践探索提供借鉴。In recent years,the“dilemma”of students being unable to find their desired job and companies being unable to recruit suitable talents has become increasingly prominent.The PBL teaching model is student-centered and problem-solving oriented,which can effectively cultivate students'abilities to collaborate,innovate,and solve practical problems.The rise of WeChat has provided a carrier guarantee for the construction of a personalized learning environment under the PBL teaching model,which is“everyone can learn,everywhere can learn,and always can learn”.Taking the course of Economic Game Theory as an example,guided by the PBL teaching model that embodies students'self-directed learning as the core,this paper analyzes the characteristics and existing problems of the course of Economic Game Theory,the characteristics and advantages of the PBL teaching model based on WeChat support,the implementation process and key points,and explores ways to solve the“dilemma”of student employment and enterprise recruitment,It provides reference for the theoretical research and practical exploration of PBL teaching in the context of“Internet plus”.
