摘　　要：目的探讨阿立哌唑联合丙戊酸钠对癫痫所致精神障碍患者精神症状及认知功能的影响。方法选取2020年11月至2022年10月赣州市第三人民医院接诊的91例癫痫所致精神障碍患者,用随机数字表法分成对照组(45例)、观察组(46例)。对照组予丙戊酸钠及奥氮平,观察组予阿立哌唑联合丙戊酸钠,治疗8周后对比两组疗效,精神症状[阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)],认知功能[蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)]及不良反应。结果观察组总有效率(93.48%)较对照组高(77.78%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后阴性症状、阳性症状、一般精神病理评分及总评分均降低,且观察组较对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后MoCA评分均增高,且观察组较对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论阿立哌唑联合丙戊酸钠用于癫痫所致精神障碍治疗效果确切,可改善患者精神症状及认知功能,且安全性高。Objective To explore the effect of aripiprazole combined with sodium valproate on the mental symptoms and cognitive function in patients with mental disorders caused by epilepsy.Methods 91 patients with mental disorders caused by epilepsy admitted to The Third People's Hospital of Ganzhou from November 2020 to October 2022 were selected and randomly divided into a control group(45 cases)and an observation group(46 cases).The control group was treated with sodium valproate and olanzapine,while the observation group was treated with aripiprazole and sodium valproate.After 8 weeks,the two groups were compared in terms of efficacy,psychiatric symptoms[Positive and Negative Symptom Scale(PANSS)],cognitive function[Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale(MoCA)],and adverse reactions.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(93.48%)was higher than that of the control group(77.78%),with a statistical difference(P<0.05);after treatment,the negative symptoms,positive symptoms,general psychopathology,and total scores of the two groups decreased,the observation group was lower than the control group,with a statistical difference(P<0.05);after treatment,the MoCA scores of both groups increased,the observation group was higher than the control group,with a statistical difference(P<0.05);there was no statistically significant difference in the rate of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of aripiprazole and sodium valproate is effective in the treatment of mental disorders caused by epilepsy,and can improve the mental symptoms and cognitive function of patients with high safety.
