摘　　要：“火郁发之”理论首见于《黄帝内经》,是热性病证的重要治疗原则之一,后世医家对其多有阐发。“火郁发之”理论强调治疗火郁之证时,“发”其“郁”,从其属,伏其主,针对病性、病位、兼夹虚实等具体情况因势利导,审因辨治,解郁散火,畅达气机,祛除病邪,从而使机体恢复“阴平阳秘”的状态。升降散来源于清代医家杨栗山所著《伤寒瘟疫条辨》,是温病十五方之首,其辨证关键在于只要属于气机失调,无论寒热虚实,都可以用升降散来调节机体脏腑气机,起到郁开气达、气血调和之功。痤疮发病多归结于火热郁结于体内所致,因此,从火郁发之论述升降散治疗痤疮对于痤疮论治具有广泛的临床指导意义。The theory of"Huo Yu Fa Zhi"was first illustrated in Huang Di Nei Jing,which is one of the important treatment principles of Heat syndrome,and it has been expounded a lot by later physicians.The theory of"Huo Yu Fa Zhi"emphasizes that when treating the syndrome of stagnation of Fire,it is necessary to"remove"the"stagnation".The whole situation should be analyzed with specific conditions such as the nature of the disease,the location of the disease,and the combination of deficiency or excess.By diagnosing and treating based on the cause,Qi stagnation is relieved,Fire is dispersed and the blocked Qi and pathogenic factors are eliminated,so as to restore the body state of"Yin Ping Yang Mi".Shengjiang Powder is the first of the fifteen prescriptions for febrile diseases,in Shang Han Wen Yi Tian Bian written by Yang Lishan,a physician in Qing Dynasty.The key to its differentiation lies in that it can be used to regulate the Qi of Zang and Fu organs of the body,so as to relieve depression,by harmonize Qi and blood,regardless of Cold or Heat deficiency.The onset of acne is mostly due to the stagnation of Fire in the body.Therefore,the treatment of acne with Shengjiang Powder from the perspective of stagnation of Fire has a wide range of clinical guiding significance for the treatment of acne.
