摘  要:目的构建住院患者对护工工作满意度评价指标体系。方法运用德尔菲法,对16名专家进行2轮问卷咨询,建立住院患者对护工工作满意度评价指标内容。结果两轮专家权威系数均>0.9,专家对一、二指标重要性赋值均数分别为(4.41±0.72)、(4.51±0.74)分,变异系数(CV)值在0~0.15之间,专家的协调系数W值在0~1之间(P<0.001),确立住院患者对护工工作评价指标体系内容,共包括一级指标5项,二级指标12项。结论研究构建住院患者对护工工作满意度评价指标体系,为护工工作质量客观评价和持续改进提供量化依据。Objective To Establishment of evaluation index system of inpatients’satisfaction with nursing workers.Methods The Delphi method was used to conduct two rounds of questionnaire consultation with 16 experts,and the evaluation index content of inpatients'satisfaction with nursing workers was established.Results The authority coefficient of the experts in both rounds was>0.9,the mean value of the importance assigned by the experts to the first and second indicators was(4.41±0.72)and(4.51±0.74),the coefficient of variation(CV)was between 0 and 0.15,and the coordination coefficient W of the experts was between 0 and 1(P<0.001).The contents of the evaluation index system for inpatients’nursing work were established,including 5 first-level indicators and 12 second-level indicators.Conclusion This study establishes an evaluation index system of inpatients'satisfaction for nursing workers,and provides quantitative basis for objective evaluation and continuous improvement of nursing workers’job quality.
