Observation on the Effect of Comprehensive Nursing of Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation for Patients with Cardiac Arrest in Intensive Care Unit

摘  要:目的探究综合护理对于重症监护室心脏停博患者实施心肺复苏的医学效果。方法选择2021年2月至2023年2月收治的88例心脏停博患者,在行心肺复苏的基础上按照入院时间分对照组(常规护理干预)44例和观察组(综合护理干预)44例,对比两组的昏迷指数、停留重症病房的时间、二次心肺复苏成功率和3 min内复苏成功率、两组的平均动脉压和心率以及并发症的发生率。结果观察组昏迷指数、停留重症病房的时间、二次心肺复苏成功率、平均动脉压、心率及并发症发生率明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论综合护理可恢复人体平均动脉压和心率,提高心肺复苏成功率,减少反应迟钝、记忆衰退和情绪躁动等不良反应,加快康复。Objective To explore the medical effect of comprehensive nursing on implementing cardiopulmonary resuscitation in patients with cardiac arrest in intensive care units.Method 88 patients with sudden cardiac arrest admitted from February 2021 to February 2023 were selected and divided into a control group(routine nursing intervention)44 cases and an observation group(comprehensive nursing intervention)44 cases based on their admission time after undergoing cardiopulmonary resuscitation.The coma index,Length of stay in intensive care unit success rate of secondary cardiopulmonary resuscitation,success rate of resuscitation within 3 minutes,average arterial pressure and heart rate,and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Result The coma index,length of stay in intensive care unit success rate of secondary cardiopulmonary resuscitation,mean arterial pressure,heart rate and complication rate indicators in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing can restore the average arterial pressure and heart rate of the human body,improve the success rate of cardiopulmonary resuscitation,reduce adverse reactions such as delayed response,memory decline,and emotional agitation,and accelerate recovery.
