脑梗死患者偏瘫肢体康复训练护理方法以及效果观察

摘　　要：目的分析脑梗死患者偏瘫肢体康复训练护理方法以及效果。方法抽取我院2020年5月至2022年5月收治的68例脑梗死患者,根据护理方式不同分为对照组(n=34)与观察组(n=34)。对34例对照组患者实行常规护理干预,对34例观察组患者实行康复训练护理干预,对比两组患者的护理疗效、生活质量评分、肌力评分、独立性评分、日常生活活动能力评分。结果观察组患者护理有效率(94.12%)高于对照组(73.53%)(P<0.05)。观察组患者生理状态、心理状态、躯体疼痛及社会交往测评得分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组患者肌力评分、独立性评分、日常生活活动能力评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对于脑梗死患者的护理来说,采用康复训练干预的方式能够达到显著的效果,还可以科学化的对偏瘫肢体进行康复训练,使得患者的肢体功能、肌力恢复,提升日常生活活动能力,改善患者生活质量评分,提升患者护理质量水平,形成良好的护患关系,具有较高的临床应用。Objective To analyze the nursing methods and effects of rehabilitation training for hemiplegic limbs in patients with cerebral infarction.Method 68 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from May 2020 to May 2022 were selected and divided into a control group(n=34)and an observation group(n=34)based on different nursing methods.34 patients in the control group received routine nursing intervention,while 34 patients in the observation group received rehabilitation training nursing intervention.The nursing efficacy,quality of life score,muscle strength score,independence score,and daily living activity score of the two groups of patients were compared.Result The effective rate of nursing care for patients in the observation group(94.12%)was higher than that of the control group(73.53%)(P<0.05).The scores of physiological state,psychological state,somatic pain and social interaction assessment of patients in the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After the nursing care,the muscle strength score,independence score,and daily living activities score of the patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For the nursing of patients with cerebral infarction,the use of rehabilitation training intervention can achieve significant results.It can also scientifically provide rehabilitation training for hemiplegic limbs,enabling the recovery of limb function and muscle strength,improving daily life activities,improving patient quality of life scores,enhancing patient care quality levels,and forming a good nurse patient relationship.It has high clinical application value.
