摘 要:目的观察消化道恶性肿瘤日间病房中应用医-社-家全程营养管理的效果及价值。方法选取2020年6月至2021年6月于我院日间病房接受治疗的70例消化道恶性肿瘤患者,采用奇偶数的分组方式,将抽取到奇数的患者纳入对照组(常规营养管理),将抽取到偶数的患者纳入观察组(医-社-家全程营养管理),两组例数均等为35例。比较两组的管理效果。结果两组住院时间、费用的比较差异有显著统计意义(P<0.05)。观察组、对照组管理前主观整体评估(PG-SGA评分)比较无统计差异(P>0.05);两组组内管理后与管理前、管理后PG-SGA评分比较差异有显著统计意义(P<0.05)。两组生活质量评分比较差异有显著统计意义(P<0.05)。两组满意度比较差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论医-社-家全程营养管理在消化道恶性肿瘤日间病房中的应用,可有效提高患者的营养水平,缩短患者住院时间,改善患者的生活质量,提高患者对护理工作的满意度。Objective To observe the effect and value of holistic nutrition management in the daytime ward for gastrointestinal malignant tumors.Methods A total of 70 patients with gastrointestinal malignant tumors who were treated in the daytime ward of our hospital from June 2020 to June 2021 were selected.The odd and even number of patients were divided into a control group(routine nutrition management),and the even number of patients were selected into an observation group(medical social home nutrition management).The average number of patients between the groups was 35.The management effect of the two groups was compared.Results There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups in terms of length of stay and cost(P<0.05).There was a statistically significant difference between the observation group and the control group in their subjective overall assessment(PG-SGA score)before management(P>0.05);There was a statistically significant difference in the PG-SGA scores between the two groups after management,before management,and after management(P<0.05).There was a statistically significant difference in the quality of life scores between the two groups(P<0.05).There was a significant difference in satisfaction between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of medical,social,and home nutrition management in the daytime ward for gastrointestinal malignant tumors can effectively improve the nutritional level of patients,shorten the hospitalization time,improve the quality of life of patients,and enhance the satisfaction of patients with nursing care.
