健康教育与连续性护理干预对脑梗死患者依从性与心理情绪的影响价值

摘　　要：目的讨论评价临床护理服务脑梗死患者时,连续性护理与健康教育联合干预措施的效果及对患者心理情绪与依从性的作用。方法从我科在2018年1月至2022年3月期间接收的脑梗死患者中抽选75例为样本,按照随机抽签法实施分两组,组间患者均采取一般护理方案,以此为基础,对照组(38例)再行健康教育,试验组(37例)实施健康教育与连续性护理,对临床干预效果实施分析讨论。结果干预后,试验组抑郁情绪(40.13±9.58)分、焦虑情绪(39.25±9.26)分,与对照组相比较低(t=3.023、2.965),P<0.05;试验组97.30%依从性较对照组高(χ^(2)=5.917),P<0.05;试验组生活质量(82.69±9.87)分、睡眠质量(35.62±10.24)分,与对照组相比较优(t=3.984、2.831),P<0.05;试验组97.30%满意度较对照组高(χ^(2)=5.977),P<0.05。结论运用一般护理为脑梗死患者实施服务时,联合运用健康教育与连续性护理干预,可以促进患者的临床护理依从性,对纠正患者心理情绪有正向影响,是可以提高患者生活质量水平及睡眠质量的优质护理措施。Objective To discuss and evaluate the effect of continuous nursing and health education combined intervention measures on patients with cerebral infarction in clinical nursing service and the effect on patients'psychological emotion and compliance.Method 75 cases of cerebral infarction patients received by our department during from January 2018 to March 2022 were selected as samples and divided into 2 groups according to random drawing method.Patients between groups were given general nursing programs.On this basis,the control group(38 cases)received health education again,and the experimental group(37 cases)received health education and continuous nursing,and the clinical intervention effect was analyzed and discussed.Results After intervention,depression emotion(40.13±9.58)points and anxiety(39.25±9.26)points in experimental group were lower than those in control group(t=3.023,2.965)(P<0.05).The compliance of experimental group was 97.30%higher than that of control group(χ^(2)=5.917)(P<0.05).Quality of life(82.69±9.87)points and sleep(35.62±10.24)points in experimental group were better than those in control group(t=3.984,2.831)(P<0.05).The satisfaction of experimental group was 97.30% higher than that of control group(χ^(2)=5.977)(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of general nursing for the implementation of services for cerebral infarction patients,combined with the use of health education and continuous nursing intervention,can promote the patient's clinical nursing compliance,has a positive effect on the correction of patients'psychological emotions,is to improve the quality of life and sleep quality of patients quality of quality nursing measures.
