PDCA理念的循证护理干预对老年轻度溃疡性结肠炎患者的影响

摘　　要：目的观察老年轻度溃疡性结肠炎患者接受基于PDCA理念下循证护理干预的价值。方法筛选本院明确诊断的老年轻度溃疡性结肠炎患者共70例,病例选取时段2021年10月至2022年10月。依照随机数字表法划分成两组,对照组纳入患者均实施常规护理,共35例;观察组纳入患者常规护理基础上实施PDCA理念的循证护理干预,共35例。观察两组干预前后情绪状态及自我管理能力情况。结果干预后,两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)均要比同组干预前显著降低(P<0.05);且观察组的SAS、SDS评分较对照组下降幅度更大(P<0.05)。干预后,两组患者心理社会管理、疾病信息管理、生活方式管理、疾病医疗管理各维度得分均要比同组干预前显著升高(P<0.05);且观察组上述得分较对照组上升幅度更大(P<0.05)。结论老年轻度溃疡性结肠炎患者接受基于PDCA理念的循证护理干预,有助于缓解其不良情绪,进一步增强自我管理能力。Objective To observe the value of evidence-based nursing intervention based on PDCA in elderly patients with mild Ulcerative colitis.Methods A total of 70 elderly patients with mild Ulcerative colitis were selected from October 2021 to October 2022.Divided into two groups according to the random number table method,the control group included 35 patients who received routine nursing care;The observation group was included in evidence-based nursing interventions based on the PDCA concept implemented on the basis of routine nursing care for patients total 35 cases Observe the emotional state and self-management ability of both groups before and after intervention.Results After intervention,both groups had significantly lower levels of Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)compared to the same group before intervention(P<0.05);The observation group showed a greater decrease compared to the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of psychological and social managements,disease information management,lifestyle management,and disease medical management in both groups of patients were significantly higher than before intervention in the same group(P<0.05);The observation group showed a greater increase compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The elderly patients with mild ulcerative colitis received evidence-based nursing intervention based on PDCA concept,which is helpful to alleviate their bad mood and further enhance their self-management ability.
